Mobile Wood Fired Pizza Truck

My mouth is literally watering as I write this. I’m also in the midst of a cleanse and CAN’T WAIT to have Dough Girls stop by the second i’m done… then I’ll get back to it, I promise. Dough Girls was Started in 2015. Once things are back to “normal” the truck can be found at Farmer’s Markets, events, festivals, and private parties.

Currently the truck can be found most Wednesdays and Fridays the the YMCA in Greenwich (50 E Putnam Ave.) from 12-3 (WEATHER PERMITTING)

Guests can order on line or at the truck.

Even more convenient, they are currently coming to people’s homes to do drive by orders! Right now (to omit large gatherings) they will come and park in a neighborhood and schedule staggered pick up times. 

Dough Girls accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay Venmo or exact cash.

DOUGH GIRLS FUN FACTS:

-our dough is mixed by hand

-90% of the ingredients are made from scratch including dough, sauce cheese, pesto, vodka sauce

-we make our own fresh mozzarella 

-we are a nut free truck (NOTE we do share a kitchen and can not guarantee they do not use nuts)

-all our pestos are nut free

-our dough does NOT contain eggs

-our pizzas are personal sized and cook in abut 90 seconds

-we won 2nd place in the New Haven pizza festival for special toppings pizza with our Bacon Bianca...5   

 cheese blend, applewood smoked bacon and hot honey drizzle
